Transactions intended to make Brooke Hector's title to a messuage and burgage in Market St., alias Sadler St., Lichfield, held of the bailiffs and citizens of the city and county of Lichfield, more secure. Additional parties to the deeds: David Garrick and John Cokburne. Signatures include those of David and George Garrick. Release (dated June 12, 1747) from Brooke Hector to David Garrick. Lease (dated June 19, 1747) and release (dated June 21, 1747) from David Garrick to Brooke Hector. Lease (dated August 21, 1747) and release (dated August 22, 1747) from Captain John Cokburne of the Liberties of Westminster, Middlesex to Brooke Hector.
